Create a personal account

A personal account will help improve the comfort in the use of GEAR POINT. View your order status and manage your personal data without having to reinstall all of your information. Moreover, you can view your order history at any time, providing you with a topical review of all past purchases.

Creating a new account is very simple:

  • Click the “LOG IN” button at the top of the page.
  • Fill in your registration data and any additional information.

It is possible to edit your personal data at any time, like your name, e-mail address, delivery and invoice address and tax information.

Price Rates

All given prices are VAT-included and in euros.

Confirmation of Purchase

After receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation of purchase. This mail will contain all the order information as well. Didn’t you receive an e-mail? Please check if the mail wasn’t directed to your unwanted mail or spam folder. If this is not the case, immediately contact our customer service.

Confirmation of Payment

When you chose to pay by ‘prepayment’ you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 2-5 working days about the arrival of the payment.

Confirmation of Shipping

As soon as GEAR POINT has shipped your order you will receive an e-mail containing the confirmation of the shipping as well as your PostNL-package code. With this code you can track your order via the PostNL Website.

Cancelling or Altering your order

Do you want to cancel or edit a recently placed order? You can! Directly contact our customer service. You will be able to reach us with this phone-number: +31 (0) 33 465 95 00.

Cancellation of the order before shipping is free of charge.

Is your order already on its way? You can turn down the order yourself. You will then have to tell the mailman that you refuse to accept the package. After the order has returned to us, we will contact you to find a solution together.
